About Terry

I have spent over 20 years dedicated to my commitment to providing comprehensive service, attention to detail, in-depth knowledge of Chicago real estate, and willingness to always go the distance. All of this has helped me to establish a strong business built on many satisfied clients.

Having lived and worked in Chicago for over 25 years, I am able to use my expertise of the various neighborhoods I’ve lived and worked in to educate my clients ensuring they are able to make a decision they are comfortable with. My extensive knowledge ranges from everything such as which buildings are pet friendly, where are the best tree-lined streets to live on, what neighborhoods are you able to find yards to garden in or even all of the neighbors located around the theater district downtown!

Before working in Real Estate I was a hotel Concierge. This experience provided me with many of the skills needed to help those who want to buy and sell. It helped instill in me a diligent approach that provides my clients with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their transactions are handled effectively. Attentive listening which I believe is the first step toward understanding a client's individual needs and ultimately helping them accomplish their goals. High negotiation skills that help my clients know I am always in their corner working to achieve the best results for them.

Along with thorough attention to detail, my commitment to professionalism, and a direct approach to everything I also customize my approach to each individual situation since everyone is different and there is no one size fits all.
